Scheme of awarding Scholarship :
Basava Samithi is having a research wing to encourage and help the young scholars. Samithi is maintaining a very good library which consists of 27 thousand rare books of immense value. It is a reference library. Both the students and public are making use of this treasure of knowledge. Application are invited from the young scholars who got registered their name for research in the Bangalore University. The research scholars who are doing research about Sharanas or Sharana Philosophy will be awarded scholarship for two years. They will get all facilities in the library and they will attend the discourses arranged in "Arivina Mane" on all Mondays and special occasions. We are happy to say about …….. young scholars got Ph.D., by working under this scheme.
